JKIT | Chitrakoot's No. 1 IT Agency operates the
JKIT ERP mobile application (Package ID:
com.jkitckt.erp) and web portal (
erp.jkitckt.com). This Privacy Policy explains how our multi-tenant ERP system collects, isolates, safeguards, and deletes information when organizations and users use our attendance, khata, and payroll management services.
1. Information We Collect
JKIT ERP is a multi-tenant Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application for business attendance, advance/bonus khata, and salary administration. To provide isolated workspaces for each business, we collect:
- Company Account Information: Company/Business Name, Administrator Email Address, Encrypted Password Hash, and Contact Phone Number when registering a workspace.
- Employee Profile Information: Employee ID, Full Name, Designation, Phone Number, and Email Address entered by the employer.
- Employee Photos (Avatar): Optional profile images uploaded by the administrator to identify staff on attendance registers, digital ID cards, and salary slips.
- Attendance, Khata & Payroll Ledger Data: Daily attendance records (Full Day, Half Day, Absent, Paid Leave, In/Out Time), advance/bonus entries, holidays, and calculated monthly payouts.
2. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation & How We Use Information
Every registered company workspace is strictly isolated using a unique company_id and authentication token. Your data is used exclusively to:
- Authenticate your company workspace and keep your records private from other users.
- Record daily employee attendance, work hours, and weekly offs/holidays.
- Track employee salary advances (उधार), bonuses, overtime, and net monthly payable wages.
- Generate printable Salary Slips, Staff ID Cards, and read-only Shareable Employee Passbook links when shared by the employer.
3. Camera and Storage Permissions
Our Android application requests access to your device's Camera or Photo Gallery strictly when you choose to upload an employee's circular profile photo. We never access personal photos or media in the background.
4. Data Storage, Encryption, and Zero Third-Party Sharing
- All data transmitted between the Android app, web portal, and cloud server is encrypted in transit using HTTPS / TLS SSL.
- Account passwords are encrypted using cryptographic hashing (
bcrypt / password_hash).
- We do NOT sell, rent, or share any user, company, or employee data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
5. Account & Data Deletion (खाता और डेटा हटाने की सुविधा)
In full compliance with Google Play's User Data & Account Deletion Policy, users can permanently delete their company account and all associated data at any time through either of these two methods:
- Method 1 (Inside the App): Open the JKIT ERP app → Tap on your Company Name Badge in the top header → Click the red "🗑️ Delete My Company Account & Data" button.
- Method 2 (Direct Web Deletion Below): Enter your registered Company Email and Password below to immediately and permanently erase your account and all employee, attendance, and payroll records from our servers.
6. Children's Privacy
JKIT ERP is a business productivity and HR management tool intended strictly for adults and employers (ages 18+). We do not collect data from children under 13.
